Running to packed houses, Aal Izz Well for 3 Idiots; the movie is doing extremely well at the Indian box office and also emerged the biggest blockbuster in overseas market.
The first week business of the movie in India is around Rs 80 crore while from overseas it has collected approx Rs 49 crores from all quarters and thus turning out to be the highest grossing Hindi film ever overseas.
You can guess the popularity of the film with the way youngsters have mugged lines from the movie Jahapanaah tussi great ho, tohfa kabool karo! The movie witnessed record breaking collection from the circuits like Bihar, Orissa and Assam. In fact, the collections were staggering on its eighth day, surpassing any blockbuster of recent times.
However, the three new releases, Accident On Hill Road, Bolo Raam and Raat Gayi Baat Gayi, all opened to weak response at the box office.
