The lovely Deepika Padukone turned another year older this week, and the gal was in Mumbai to celebrate her B-day. Well, it wasn’t all celebration, it was a lot of work, too.
She flew in from Goa to shoot an episode for Abhishek Bachchan’s talk show. Hmm... quite a gorgeous jodi AB & Dee will make, na? Wonder why no one is thinking about this casting them together already. While we thought Deepika would be painting the town red on her big day, she didn’t seem to make a big deal about partying and making ‘birthday statements’. “You should always work on your birthday, so that’s a great start to the rest of the year.
Hopefully, I will be doing a lot of good work. Besides, I love spending such special days with my family and close friends,” says the gal. Talking about her B’day resolution, she adds, “My resolution is to have fun, work, chill and have more fun.” Work hard, and party harder.
